The messages of Sri Sri Ramthakur are verbal and written.The messages were written in the letters which were written by him to his disciples about the solutions of problems faced by them when he was alive. Dr. Indu Bhusan Banarjee-Head of the Department (History) of Calcutta University collected these letters from different sources after disappearance of Sri Sri Ramthakur and published a book named Veda Bani(1st part) for the benefits of the disciples of Sri Sri Ramthakur and general people as these letters are full of messages.Later on,he was requested by many persons to write Veda Bani.so,he wrote Veda Bani(2nd and 3rd part)
A brief description of few message written in the Veda Bani and verbal has been stated below:
(i) Sri Sri Ramthakur requests men to remember "nama"(name) which is given them by him or his Mohanta Maharaj or Mohanta. If anybody does not do this want of time,he will do this instead of him as he was taken shelter of him.So, he will save him from bondage-the root of birth and death in material world.
(ii) "That is nama,is Krishna worship attentively,Hari himself goes with nama"

(iii)"If you attached yourself to nama,you will not have to beg for livinghood"
(iv) "Taking Prasad (you) go.Otherwise you will have to come back"
(v) "Pray to Sri sri Satya Narayan(Sri Sri Ramthakur) for solving your needs"
(vi) Worship Sri Sri Satyanarayan (Sri Sri Ramthakur) with a glass of water offering a Tulshi Pata in it.
(vii) Sri Sri Ramthakur said," The Utsab or Sri Sri Narayan puja is completed by him.Devotees are mediate of it.They should do work,on this occasion,according to their abilities.don't be worry."It has been seen that it is true.Any utshab or any temple or Ashram of Sri Sri Ramthakur is not incomplete.Every man who attends his utshab ,does not go home with out prashad.
(viii) Sri Sri Ramthakur said,"There is no restriction of taking food.It will leave the devotee when time will come.Even there is no bar of wearing,living,moving, nama will be remembered if it is possible.
(ix) There is no bar of purity and impurity.Man who takes food,is impure as he bears a tank of urine and stool in body.So,the question of purity and impurity should be avoided.Even women who faces monthly problem which is natural,may remember nama and worsip God,A woman who just delivered of a child,may worship God and remember nama.
(x) "Be kind to living beings ,interested in nama and serving Baishnab".
(xi) Sri Sri Ramthakur said that the power of nama(name) is very strong.All good works are completed by it.Moskha (Salavation) can be obtained by nama and it helps devotee to go to the world of God which is the ultimate goal of mankind.
